"Afternoon at Kittery Point" is the most awarded painting of my boat series from Kittery Point, Maine. During a trip to Maine, we discovered Pepperrell Cove in Kittery Point, with several small boats and their wonderful colors, shapes and reflections. In, "Afternoon at Kittery Point", I loved the dynamic composition created by the diagonals of the vantage point! The color and light really reflects my attempt to capture the mid-afternoon sun on the water and boats. Painting America...
